Happy New Year to all.
I have had a Zuiko 35mm,f/2.8 lens for 20+ years. It has always seemed a bit
soft to
me. Recently I put it through the Edmunds lens resolution test and found it to
show greatly less resolving power than my other Zuikos: 50mm-f/1.8;
100mm-f/2.8;
200-f/4. The 35 resolves only 70% the number of lines resolved by the other
lenses: it
gives 44.4 lpm centre and 35 lpm corner at f/2.8; 79 and 70 at f/8 and f/11.
Is this
the same experience of others or is my 35 a dud?
