I have not tried this with a 2N.  The 4, 4T are very different designs, though 
it
night work.
ZC1792 (known as the "P" board), controls several functions in the 2N,  supplies
power to the main circuit under the mirror box floor, controls the 3.5 minute 
maximum
auto speed, and is  ON for all exposures, as soon as the mirror goes up.  A 2N 
will
not work without it.
