YES!  YES!  OH YES!  ;-)

It's about time someone suggested this -- I've been too timid to do so
myself.  All of this lovely, once-available and now long-gone information
would be an incredible on-line resource, and I can't help but wonder
whether Olympus would have any objections to posting it -- after all, it's
not like their sales would be diminished by having all this old info freely
available to anyone who was interested.

In fact, I've always wondered why manufacturers like Olympus (or anyone
else, for that matter) don't turn their existing Websites into massive
archives of product info.  The Oly America website isn't bad (they have
.PDF files for some of their products, like the OM cameras and lenses), but
really, more could be made available -- and once created and published,
it's done.  Many companies now get promo material and product brochures
done up in packages like PageMaker, and turning that into a PDF is usually
a brain-dead process.  True, they could be somewhat large, but downloading
such info would be well worth it.
