The OM "N" series Duo-Sync cord may be out of production, but two of the
better camera shops here have several still in stock. I don't recall prices
right now, but they seemed reasonable when I saw them a couple of weeks ago.

I would suggest that anyone needing them check around in their area;
failing that, I would be glad to provide the names & numbers of the shops
here.
