Your OM-10 will work in auto mode with the auto setting on the T20, and in
manual mode with the manual or TTL setting on T20. OM10 cannot work in TTL
flash mode.

Look at the Olympus faq. The values are listed. With a custom ma you could
get half speeds or longer than one second speeds, for instance.
