Konrad,
when you set the f/ opening on the lens, the lens does *not* closes to that
value, but pre-selects in order to do so when you shoot. Please set at 1
second (or B) time and, back opened, look at the behaviour of your lens.
You will find the lens to close down when shutter is open. Well performing
lenses open wide immediately after exposure. If your lens is "sticky" it
can take some seconds to do so, expecially if set to f/22 or f/16. If this
is the case, the lens needs cleaning by a tech. I am not a tech yet I
clean my lenses by myself, but I cannot recommend anyone to do so. If the
lens never opens wide again, maybe a spring is broken or detached.
