Yes the seal pieces are pre-cut! You push out the old seal and residue with
atoothpick and lay the new ones in! The side seal has adhesive on it so when you
scrape off the old, just press the new in place. No glue required anywhere! He's
right, do not get small foam pieces inside the camera! We use can of compressed
air to lightly blow out any debris. Thanks for the free advertisement! Paul.
