Check with your service provider. Many have software on their mail server
that you can set to delete messages meeting various conditions. This allows
you to delete the mail automatically at the server, rather than pay connect
charges to download it and then delete it. My provider has this. You can
select a regularly updated list of known spammers, as well as make your own
conditions for deletion.
