They are supposed to be identical in specification.  I am not sure what
'BNC' means, though.

T32 (GN104)/BNC/SCALE IN METERS - should have been T32 (GN 32 in meters)
which uses metric measurement system, whereas GN104 means 104 feets (English
system).  I believe both are specified at ISO (ASA) 100.  I believe Olympus
T-32 flashes (don't know about older and the F280, T-20 flashes) in my 
recollection has two set of rear panels - one for metric and the other for
English measurement system.
