Actually, I didn't forget, but I was in the midst of moving the pages when this
error occurred. I have links in place now which work with or without the
tilde...
All of this came about while I was cursing at Majordomo and Apache webserver
for refusing to peacefully coexist. I now have them suitably flogged and bound,
and performing as they should once again...
Admittedly, it's my fault for spending too much time with NT, and forgetting
some basic quirks of unix.
