At the time I bought achromat diopters, only Nikon was 
making diopters optimized for telephoto lenses.  I 
understand that Canon now offers tele-optimized achromat 
diopters as well.  I don't know if Minolta is doing this; I
DO know that they offer achromat diopters for standard
lenses, and I have bought one of these for my Zuiko 50/1.8.
