John, maybe you don't know but Olympus now makes them too!

Both the IS-B macro H.Q. converter (f=40cm or 2.5 diopters, 55mm
thread) and the IS A-lifesize macro H.Q (f=13cm or 7.5 diopters, 49mm
thread) work very well in the complete focal range of the IS-cameras
they are meant for (starting at 35mm and going up to 180 and 135mm
respectively). They are high quality achromats.
