I have an old cine-film developer. there are two reels. All you have to do
is to manually wind and rewind the film during developing time. Never used
yet. I have also a *big* Colenta drum on which I could put the film on
several coils, for a total lenght of 30m at least, I believe. 

You know there's a way to develop a 135 film in its own cartridge, that is
winding and rewinding it several times, while plunged in the baths. Maybe
you could try something similar with the full 16 or 30 m reel.
