And I don't lift weights, I don't need too, I carry camera gear :-)
Camera bag with everything is 11 kg, tripod 4 kg. Admittedly not the
lightest outfit, but for day hikes I must say I barely notice (except for
the tripod) it anymore. And I really did use every single item, everything
except the 25mm ext tube.
