Brad,
Infinitives are nasty, just when you feel like you got it nailed down,
they jump up and bite you. There are indeed many ways to put a Nikon lens
on a Pentax, or a Olympus lens on a Canon. Some lenses are made in a
factory to take many mounts and names, on those you can usually just move
the lens from one mount to the other. Now Olympus is an exception in some
respects, but it can be done. Kinda like the Minolta that takes the Leica R
series lenses. It be out there. The only infinitive you can safely use is:

        Never use the word Never!

Bryant :-)

>Hi,

     Bruce,

I've been back in the business of selling camera equipment for about
four years now.I have NEVER heard of any "name"lens adapting to another
    "name" camera(ie nikon won't fit olympus,minolta won't fit pentax,etc.)
The only exception to this is Ricoh manuals are usually Pentax
"K-mount".

                                                   good luck,
                                                      Brad
