AFAIK the 135 macro is the only macro for which a hood was made. I
think this was because this lens can be used as a normal short tele
(focusing to infinity) as well. Although sometimes I put the 80 on a
short extension tube instead of the 65-116 one: then its range is also
to infinity...

The older (meant for 28/3.5) metal hood fits the 2.8 as well.

Later a rubber version for these lenses replaced the metal one

I think that (very generally spoken) all old metal lens hoods have
been replaced by rubber ones later.
