Despite some claims to the contrary, this is exactly the same results I had
right down to the f stops used. My solution is to use an OM-2N for macro
flash. I wish I had an OM-4 series to do some scientific testing with a
flashmeter, but I sold mine for this very reason. John H. was the one who
brought the TTL flash range problem to my attention. You can also not use
TTL flash, but this requires a bit of testing for proper exposure.
