I'll gladly do that, if someone can supply the following:
Yen/US $ exchange rates for the years 1974, 1978, 1982, 1986, 1990,
1994, 1998.
The formula for constant dollars to correct prices to 1982 dollars.
(or any other year that people think is best. Maybe correct to 1998 $,
1974 $, and 1982 $).
