Yes, you miss my point entirely. The point is that Paul, by having all his
winners out of the USA, is obviously running a clean contest. It would be
in his interest to have his winners here, because he would incur less
shipping costs for the prize and is more likely to obtain a steady customer.

I've never partaken in this, and never would. My little anecdote was
supposed to illustrate that in a world of scams, PvT is obviously an honest
man. I'm sorry it didn't come across that way.
