Is there a good rule of thumb for getting your lenses serviced? I'm not a
professional like a lot of the folks here, and I'm wondering if the
maintenance schedule should be based on the amount of aperture trips or
number of years between servicing. In other words a sports photographer who
shoots a dozen rolls every other day would have to get service far more
often than someone who shoots 2 rolls a week walking in the woods.
