Hmm, f/8  gives pretty much DOF at least with my lenses. It should be
enough for the most voluptuous bodys and imaginable cupsizes up to size
"Z". (but the boys in California are known to make the imposible posible)
 ;-) 
BTW What kind of magnification and photos do you have in mind?  
My knowledge was, that DOF is only dependend on aperture and
magnification. Maybe the rules, laws of geometrie and physics have
changed?

ps High mountains suffer from the the same perspectiv distorsions as
high builings. The will look better and biger (higher) if you use an
shift lens. Of course an high view point will do as well.
