Which raises the question as to whether the camera and case "slip into a
shirt pocket". How much bigger is it with the case and will the increased
friction of the leather make it difficult to get in and out. How easy is it
to get out of the case. Has your picture subject disappeared?

The lens does close, but there are 4 or 5 windows that are subject to
abrasion, dust and lint collection. The little lens closer appears delicate
at best and its small recess looks as if it would collect a lot of gunk
that might eventually jam its little door.

Are you going to do slides with this or 4 by 6 inch prints? If prints, it
does not matter which one you get, since print resolution and color
rendition are the limiting factor here not the camera. In that case go for
the one that is the cheapest, easiest and most convenient to use. If you
plan slides which will be projected, it does not make a great deal of
difference either except for an accurate metering system. If you plan
humongous enlargements from your pocket camera(Why do that when you have a
great system camera?) get the best lens and metering system regardless of
other considerations.

Another consideration might be whether you might have another use for your
pocket camera when you do not want to take or risk your OM. A true
submersible(not just 'weatherized') that is effectively sealed against
water and dust and humidity would be a great second camera for those
dramatic foul weather shots, jungle cruises, snorkelling, water rides,
close ups of stunts at Sea World, whale watching, canoeing, as well as the
usual stuff. Wow. Think of the possibilities.
