Standby drain in an original 4 was as high as 30 microamps.  Starting with the
4T, drain dropped to 8-10 microamps.  That is normal drain for that model. and
all 4Ts and 4Tis have it (and it is considered low drain compared to the
original 4). There is no adjustment that will lower the drain.
