When I first wrote the above, I did not check the October, 97 issue of
Nippon Camera which I also have. Sanwa Shokai had a similar ad in this
issue of Nippon Camera to that in Asahi Camera, but the price reads 140,000
yen. Both of the 150,000 yen and 140,000 yen price listings were followed
by 30 0iscount notation. Since the list price is 200,000 yen, 140,000 yen
should be correct. At Sanwa Shokai, most of the new Olympus items are sold
at 25 0iscount off list. Is it possible that they used to sell it at
150,000 yen, but they started reducing it by 30% last fall?

Although I did not inquire the OM-3Ti price at Yodobashi in March when I
bought my 85mm/2 new there at 250ff list, I assume that Yodobashi sells
the OM-3Ti at 250ff list.

Could some Japanese members of the list shed light on the OM-3Ti prices in
Japan?
Is Sanpou a reliable place to buy an OM-3Ti? How about Sanwa Shokai?
