The Bird guide was published in 1995. I still see it in Dallas book
stores. Many of Allen's images were taken with the 350 and 1.4X-A. He
also used the 300 and 50-250. The cover photo of the Bird guide was taken
with the 50-250. Allen Rokach was also one of the featured pro
photographers in the first season of the American Photo Safari TV show.
It was refreshing seeing a working pro armed with OM-4Ti and Zuiko
lenses.
