You can call 1-800-622-6372 and request one (they'll even send it out
free), but be prepared to wait a very long time. Otherwise maybe your
best bet is to try a local camera store (if you have decent ones in your
area). Mine has photocopies of most camera manuals that they'll give you
for a nominal fee.
