Frank,
  I don't know if it's in the translation, interpretation, or for that
matter, different information.  Anyway, I read the info (that I have) to
imply that the difference in the guide numbers between the use of a
single T28 or double T28s to be the result of a limitation of the
Control Power 1 having to drive 2 flashes vs 1 flash.  Anyhow, IMHO
