Yup, I'd add Adorama along with B&H.
As for other avenues, I'll self plug here and say: "Try brokering." Just need
to know the item, in what condition and at what purchase price - offline, of
course.
I may be able to offer in short time a jerk list of some used dealers. My
latest nominee: Pittsburg Camera Exchange. Try e-mailing them for condition
information on an eBay item. First off, it is stupid to have to e-mail them
for that. Second, they will tell you the reserve amount, which is likely high
market value. Geesh, why offer such overpriced goods on eBay? Anyone notice
how few of their items actually meet reserve?
