John - is there a way to remove the metal plate without damaging it? The
solvents I would normally use to remove the glue (eg acetone) will dissolve
the plastic cover.

I ask this because I have two chargers which can be altered by moving the
screw for different voltages. The third looks identical and has the four
screw holes marked different voltages but nowhere for a screw to grip!
