This garbage came from a customer of USA meta-ISP "UUnet", and was
relayed via UToronto. I've contacted the relevant authorities at
both places.

p.s. I won't say that my habit always complaining about spam to
originating and relaying sites gets me *less* spam, but the
dozen or so "we have deleted the offending account" replies
I get each week certainly make me *feel* better.
