Has such a thing as a 150-300 Zuiko ever existed? I often wish I had one,
and the talk lately about 80-200's, 50-250's, etc., has me thinking about
it again.

The reason why is that I really think the 75-150/f4 is a wonderful lens for
the walk around kind of stuff zooms are good for. The heavy 80-200's tend
to be tripod fodder for me. Hard to justify when the svelt 75-150 covers a
good deal of the range. Plus the 2X zoom range seems to fit the unique
scale and philosophy of OM. If wish they had carried the concept further.

I remember discussion in the past revealed that others have had less
favorable experience with the 75-150 than I, so perhaps the production was
uneven. But the 35-70 and 75-150 duo is marvelous and I wish I had a
150-300 (a two-touch. natch) to complete the troika.
