I'm pretty sure it's still offered new. Used seems to be $100+ in good shape.
Yes, flash fires at up to 1/2000 sec, altho guide number gets progressively
lower
over 1/60 th.
Works on all OMs, but only 3T and 4T (and OM-77) allow flash at all shutter
speeds.
