There's an easier way.  Use camera mount clamping screw on the right side of
the rear standard as you look forward. As a matter of fact, the bellows
instructions say to remove the entire mount and attach the camera body mount
to the OM body just like a lens. Then attach the mount/camera combination to
the bellows and tighten it in place with the clamping screw.  There is no need
to remove the 3 screws as the entire camera mount rotates.
