 1. The Bounce Grip 2 comes with a built-in PC cord to connect to the

shoe
combination will work with any camera (from OM-1 onward, and I'd
assume any non-Olympus camera as well, as long as it has a PC socket),
and any flash with a hot-shoe connection. But the flash can only be used

Close. The grip has:
1. dedicated hot shoe that the flash sits in
2. an old fashioned PC cord, which can be used with any camera with the flash
in manual or "normal" auto (non-TTL)
3. a TTL connector which supplies full dedication to the flash (TTL and finder
LED)

So the grip can be used in 2 "modes" - full dedication with the TTL
connection, or plain-Jane X-sync with the PC cord.

<<2. In order to use the TTL capability of the T32 flash off camera:
For OM-2: I'll need a TTL Connector 3 which screws into the hot-shoe
socket in place of the hot-shoe 3. I assume the Connector 3
comes with a cord that plugs directly into the flash.
For OM-2n: I'll need a TTL Connector 4 which screws into the hot-shoe
socket in place of the hot-shoe 4. I assume the Connector 4
comes with a cord that plugs directly into the flash.
For OM-2S, OM-3*, OM-4*: I'll need a TTL cord that connects the camera
             directly to the flash.
I'd assume that with any of these, i don't need a Bounce Grip 2, as the
connection is direct from the camera to the flash and the hot-shoe (on
    the flash) is not used.>>

Correct, except I don't think the TTL connectors come with a TTL cord - "extra
cost accessory"

<< 3. The TTL Connector 4 can also be used with the OM-1n, but it does not
provide any additional capability over the PC connector except that
the LED in the viewfinder lights up (i.e., the flash can only be used
in manual or "local auto" mode).>>

Correct

I hope this helps. I know it's confusing without actually seeing the gadgets.
The bottom line is for off camera TTL flash, you need a TTL connection on the
camera (built in to the -2S, 3, and 4 and an optional accessory on the -1n,
-2, and -2n). You connect this to the flash with a TTL cord. Therefore you
need a TTL connection on the flash, too. In the case of the bounce grip, the
grip provides a TTL connector, or you can use the TTL connector on the T32
flash if you want (the cord lies neater if you use the one on the grip,
though).

Now please don't ask about multiple flashes... :-)
