would be helpful to those of you still struggling to build your OM System
before all these goodies are snatched up.

Slightly off topic, Frank's Highland Park Camera near Pasadena has a blue neon
Olympus sign they refuse to even take offers for. This store used to be one
of the premier stores in the 70's and was a heavy MP and PP advertiser. They
did let me go behind the counter though and sift through their drawers. Not
much was there. I did find a Prinz right angle finder for a Pentax for $10.
I took it home and did minor surgery with a file and now it fits Oly.
Unfortunately it's left/right reversed just like the Varimagni finder. I'm
still looking for a Pentax Refconverter M which reputedly fits Olympus, is
brighter, and not reversed left/right.

Well, anyway the store is a sorry mess compared to what it used to be. There
dust 1/2 inch thick and I hear pigeons roosting inside somewhere. The
devolution of a camera store is a sad thing to see. Also, formerly of Los
Angeles were, Olympic Camera, where I bought my Tokina 17mm, and Parkwood
Camera, my OM2. Both of these advertised in national mags but have been gone
for years.
