No harm to the pictures, can be (costly) removed.

Handshake is a gradual thing, it will not disapear abrupt with an 1/135
and will not ruin all your shoots at 1/60.
BTW the 100mm/2.8 is a nice lens (the 135mm is not bad either) will
close the gap to 50mm (but the 85mm would be more handy, at a higher
price).

You have already an 28mm and an 50mm, and they are faster (1.8, 2.8) and
probably of better optical quality.
