Seems to work well enough, certainly as well as other cameras of the era. As
the light dims, it seems to want a contrasty edge in the focusing area (the
little rectangle in the center of the viewfinder) more.

Not a great deal, but if I want P&S for something, I'll grab it.

No. You can shift the program-selected settings (if you're using AF mode,
but not in power-focus mode: the same switch is used for both), but the
camera can't be convinced to give you other than what it thinks is the
perfect exposure.

I grabbed one off eBay mainly because I'd never seen one and wanted to see
how well I liked an AF camera. It has its uses, but I suspect I won't be
carrying it much.
