This can happen to any SLR, and is not necessarily a sign of
malfunction.
I assume the shutter opened and closed properly. Try winding the shutter
and releasing it again. That should do it.
If this doesn't work, try pulling the mirror back into place (!). Be
_very_ gentle, and don't apply excess force. If moving the mirror a
millimeter or so doesn't release it, stop.
