In Japan, 35<RC> is getting much expensive these days. It is priced at
15,000 - 20,000 yen. It corresponds to about $120 - $150 when calculated
with the rate 130 yen/dollar at the beginning of this month.
If 35<RD> in mint condition is imported to Japan, it will be priced at more
than 20,000 yen.
For Japanese olympus lovers, 35RD is a very valuable camera that cannot be
found in usual. 35RD is will be priced higher than 35RC.
35RD was provided only for export and it had not been sold inside Japan.
In my experience, I have never seen 35RD in Japanese used camera shop.
I presume "atakada" who bid $180.50 might be a Japanese, because "Takada" is
one of common family names in Japan.
