I have picked up a lot of Winder 1 or 2s at camera shows, opened the
battery pack and found a forgotten MD port cover in the storage slot.
If your hands are quick, you might palm it before returning the winder
to the dealer. Not suggesting that you should, mind you...
Actually, I got one spare when I purchased a Winder 2 just this way. I
also bought one from Photosphere in Dallas a few years ago. Finally,
and probably your best bet, Olympusguy has them from time to time.
