I spent two weeks in Amazon (Peru) last year. I suggest you store your
lenses in plastic zip-lock bags containing a silicone gell package to absorb
mositure. I was shooting so much that I didn't put the cameras in bags
except at night. You can obtain these desiccants from Light Impressions
800-828-5539.

I further suggest you obtain the HEAVY DUTY lead film bags. Be sure they
will protect high-ASA film. I used Fugi 800G print film for the low-light
conditions in the jungle. Great results.

Enjoy
