This is tough since the car electrical system is 12V, well actually closer
to 13.8V, and to charge a 15V NiCad pack you need at least 18V. So you
need a circuit that would increase the voltage to at least 18V to cahrge
the 15V battery.
It can be done, but it might not be practical.
