You may want to look through the archives on this one. There are some who say
they don't like the 2 series screens because they don't "snap" into focus
quite as crisply as the 1 screens do. I recently purchased 2-13's for my OM-2S
and OM-4, and while I agree that they seem a little less precise in focusing,
their extra brightness more than makes up for the difference in low light or
with slow lenses, IMHO. I find that with the 2-13 screen the finder in the
OM-2S and OM-4 is about as bright as my OM-1 with a 1 series screen.
There has been much talk here about the 2 series screens. Has anyone used both
the Beattie screens and the 2 series screens? I'd be interested in a
comparison.
