Mine has been good to me.  Because it is 'ultra wide' it has helped improve
my shots when using it since I have to slow down and concentrate on the shot.

I have had some fun with it too.  My boss was 6'4" or so.  I had the 24 on
the OM-1n and set the self timer then placed the camera at his feet and he
looked down ito it as the shutter snapeed.  Wow!  What an interesting shot
that was.....
