My OM-4 does this. I think it's dirty contacts or something in the
compensation/ISO dial. If I give the dial a couple of rapid turns back and
forth it goes away for awhile. It seems to be jumping +/- 1/3 stop. Mine is
due for a trip to John H. after the holidays for a CLA anyway. I'm assuming
it's something that is easily fixed (easy for John, anyway - I wouldn't touch
it!)
