Actually, I've tried those cells in my OM-4.  They work fine for a little 
while, but the OM-4's internal circuitry quickly discharges them when the 
camera's stored without being set to both "manual" and the Red 1/60th setting.  
They also started to produce erratic behaviour after a short shooting period 
(several weeks of occasional use).  I chalked this up to the lithiums perhaps 
not having a reasonably flat discharge curve.  YMMV, of course.
