I think there are too many options out there for Oly to make another attempt.
You can still buy Nikon non AF lenses as well as Ricoh and a few others. I
never thought Olympus lenses were cheaply priced either. maybe not like
Leica/Contax, but almost as expensive....
I just never liked the way they "dumped" the OM system, and for this reason I
will not buy an Olympus digital camera or scanner. My way of punishing them I
guess.
They had a legend in their hands and they let it go...
