Let's nail this while we're on it. I was wondering how you were dating this
thing, and finally found the date, mine says October 1985** at the bottom of
roughly the second from last page. Now would you all check and see what other
publication dates there are?
**It lacks the 90/2, has the 180/2 and 50/2.
