[OM] "entitled" to an opinion?; constitutions and the OM list

Subject: [OM] "entitled" to an opinion?; constitutions and the OM list

The Irish constitution guarantees to protect the institution of marriage.

Is the rampant Zuikoholism encouraged by this list really in line with that ?

On the other hand, someone took a case to the Supreme Court that tax rates
which discriminated against married couples were unconstitutional, won, and
all the personal tax structures were changed. Is there a constitutional
lawyer out there who would like to argue that the high prices of OM
equipment are a danger to marriages, and that a government subsidy should be
introduced immediately ?
