I do not believe profit motive is relevant.  Even if you *give* it away,
should Olympus choose to, they can make a copyright claim if they see fit.
To win it, they have to establish your program substantively copies their
interface, algorithm(s) or other specific attribute(s).  More likely is they
would offer an opportunity to change the "look and feel" and move on.  Then
you could rename it to M-4Ti exposure calculator <g>
